Chelsea Scarnecchia is a Founder and Managing Partner at Scarnecchia Mullin, PLLC. Ms. Scarnecchia was born and raised in Broward County, Florida, where she attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
Ms. Scarnecchia earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, where she was a Senior Staff Member of the Nova Law Review. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the Southern District of Florida. Prior to law school, Ms. Scarnecchia earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance, magna cum laude, from the Florida State University.
Ms. Scarnecchia began her career as a litigation attorney practicing across the State of Florida at a national creditor’s rights law firm with a focus on mortgage foreclosure, litigation, mediation, and loss mitigation.
Ms. Scarnecchia continues her career representing individuals and businesses in the practice areas of Mortgage Foreclosure, Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, Landlord-Tenant Negotiations and Disputes, Evictions, and Business Law and provides legal representation to homeowners and condominium associations in the tri-county area. Ms. Scarnecchia is also an active title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company through unrestricted membership in Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund.
Ms. Scarnecchia lives in South Florida with her husband and three children.

Hillary Mullin Esq.
Founder and Managing Partner
Hillary Mullin is a Founder and Managing Partner at Scarnecchia Mullin, PLLC. Originally from Long Island, N.Y., Ms. Mullin moved to South Florida as a teenager and graduated from Spanish River H.S. in Boca Raton, FL.
Ms. Mullin concentrates her practice in Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, Mortgage Foreclosure Alternative Dispute Resolution and Landlord-Tenant Disputes and Negotiation. Ms. Mullin is an Associate Member of Attorneys' Title Fund Services, LLC ("The Fund"), providing her clients with access to industry-leading legal tools for their real estate transactions throughout Florida.
Ms. Mullin earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, where she was the Executive Editor of the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law.
Prior to law school, Ms. Mullin earned her Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University in Waltham, M.A., where she was a four-year starter and two-year Captain of the Brandeis University Women's Soccer Team.
Ms. Mullin began her career working for a national law firm specializing in credit rights representation. While there, Ms. Mullin practiced throughout the state of Florida and successfully handled hundreds of Non-Jury Trials and mediations.
Ms. Mullin is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, Washington D.C., and the Southern District of Florida and lives in South Florida with her husband, two children and rescue dog, Lambeau.
